We’re Getting Schooled!

Our mission is to make self literacy as fundamental as the ABCs and 123s, so over the summer months we embarked on a pilot summer school program for underserved children at a number of California schools.Our self-literacy curriculum meets the California Quality Standards for Expanded Learning Programs, and encourages student empowerment through creative self-expression and collaborative learning in group settings. Participating students developed self-literacy skills including teamwork, resiliency, communication and empathy – and had a blast!
